How to use
Brush your teeth as usual — apply toothpaste and gently move the brush in small, circular motions across your teeth and gums for about two minutes, twice daily. Rinse thoroughly after use and store the toothbrush upright in a dry area. Replace your bamboo toothbrush every 3 months or when the bristles become worn.
To dispose, remove the bristles with pliers and compost the bamboo handle.
