How to use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Gently brush teeth and gums in small circular motions, reaching all surfaces. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after each use and store it upright in an open, well-ventilated area to dry. Replace every three to four months, or sooner if bristles become frayed. When the brush reaches the end of its life, pull out the bristles and compost the bamboo handle to close the loop on waste.
