How to use
Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 4–5 minutes or using a dedicated sanitizer. Wash your hands thoroughly before insertion. To insert, fold the cup into a C-shape or punch-down fold, gently insert it into the vagina, and allow it to fully open to create a seal. Its slightly firmer silicone makes it easier to open once inside, ideal for first-time users. During your period, wear the cup for up to 12 hours. When ready to remove, pinch the base to release the seal, gently pull it out, and empty the contents into the toilet. Rinse with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free wash before reinserting. After your period, sterilize again before storing it in the included carry bag.
