How to use
The glass mug can be cleaned and treated like any other glass cup/mug.
It is dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.
Avoid extremely fast temperature changes, like pouring boilding water in the mag that has just come out of the fridge/freezer.
The bamboo lid should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Can withstand temperatures from -4 to 300F. Becuase it is double walled it will not tranfer the heat/cold to the outside of the mug and will help the maintain the drink temperature longer.
