How to use
Before first use, sanitize the cup by boiling it for a few minutes, wiping it with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using a steam sanitizer. Wash your hands thoroughly, then fold the cup (C-fold or punch-down fold) and gently insert it into the vaginal canal. Once inside, let it open fully to create a secure seal. You can wear the cup for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. To remove, pinch the base to release the seal and carefully pull it out. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free cleanser. Re-insert as needed. At the end of your cycle, sanitize the cup again and store it in the provided carry bag.
