How to use
Before your first use, sanitize the cup by boiling it in water for 4–5 minutes or using a dedicated sanitizer. Wash your hands thoroughly before insertion. To insert, fold the cup into a C-shape or punch-down fold, gently insert it into the vagina, and let it open fully to create a seal. The teen-friendly size is designed for easy placement and removal. During your period, you can wear the cup for up to 12 hours. When it’s time to remove, pinch the base to release the seal, gently pull it out, and empty the contents into the toilet. Rinse first with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild, pH-balanced wash before reinserting. After your period ends, sterilize again before storing it in its carry bag.
