How to use
Before first use, sanitize each cup by boiling it for 4–5 minutes or using a dedicated sanitizer. Wash your hands thoroughly. Choose your cup based on your needs, use the softer cup on sensitive or crampy days and the firmer cup on more active days for a reliable seal. Fold the cup into a C-shape or punch-down fold, insert it gently, and let it open fully to create a secure seal. Wear for up to 12 hours, then pinch the base to break the seal and remove. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse with cold water to prevent staining, and wash with hot water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free wash. After your period, sanitize again and store the cups in their carry bags.
