How to use
Before first use and after each cycle, sanitize your disc by boiling it for a few minutes, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using a compact steamer or sanitizer. During your period, simply fold the disc and insert it behind your pubic bone so it rests at your cervix for up to 12 hours of leak-free wear. The Saalt Disc does not rely on suction to seal, making it gentle on your pelvic floor and easy to remove. When it’s time to empty, hook a finger into the custom finger notch, gently slide the disc out, rinse with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free wash before reinserting.
