How to use
Before first use and after each cycle, sanitize your discs by boiling them for a few minutes, wiping them with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using a compact steamer or sanitizer. During your period, simply fold the disc and insert it behind your pubic bone, letting it rest at your cervix for up to 12 hours of leak-free wear. Because it’s suction-free, removal is easy, just hook a finger into the custom finger-hold and gently slide it out. Rinse with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with hot water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free wash before reinserting.
