How to use
Before your first use and after each cycle, sanitize your cup by boiling it for 3–5 minutes, wiping it with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Compact Sanitizer. During your period, simply fold the cup and insert it like a tampon for up to 12 hours of leak-free protection. To remove, gently pinch the base to release suction, then pull it out carefully. Rinse first with cold water to prevent staining, then wash with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free cleanser. Store it in its carry bag when not in use.
