How to use
Wash your hands before handling. Remove the pantyliner from its starch film wrapper. Peel off the backing to expose the biodegradable adhesive and stick the liner to the inside of your underwear. Wear as needed and replace every 4–6 hours, or sooner if needed. Dispose of used pantyliners in the trash (do not flush).
