Wet the bar with warm water and lather between your hands. Apply the foam directly to clean, damp underarms, gently massaging in circular motions. Let it sit on the skin for about one minute to allow the charcoal and clay to draw out impurities. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry before applying your natural deodorant.
