Heavy-Duty & Great Addition

It’s awesome! I purchased it because the hinges looked more heavy duty than the presses on Amazon. I roll out my tortillas with a rolling pin and then use the press to make them flat and even. It’s way better than my previous method of rolling out my tortillas and then flattening with a big stainless steel pot. So much less work and way faster. How to use

Making fresh, delicious tortillas at home is easier than you think. Just mix masa harina (corn flour) with water, roll the dough into small balls, and place one between the plates of your tortilla press. Press gently to flatten it into a perfect circle, then cook each side on a hot pan for about a minute. That’s it!
