Cork blocks are great for adding height, stability, and support in various poses. For standing poses like forward folds or triangle pose, place the block under your hands or feet to modify the pose to your level of flexibility.

In seated poses, you can sit on the block to elevate your hips, helping to align your spine and improve posture. For restorative poses, the block can be used for gentle support under the back, neck, or knees to enhance relaxation and comfort.
